- Music has been one of the most influential things that exist in this planet. Many consider it as a medium wherein people of gender, race, and the likes connect in various aspects. Well, this page is all about music. The bands, artists, soundtracks and more...that gave the IMP its musical sense are in a way featured here.
Appreciation is one trait that he has when it comes to music. He actually listens to various types of music. He appreciates music from Alternative to Hard Rock to Metal. Plainly, he does not close himself in a single genre. He believes that people who say they only listen to Heavy Metal or Hard Rock are hypocrites.
They are clouded in the idea that some types of music are garbage. Some genre may not be appealing to others and its alright. But in a world where many wish to purge racism and discrimination, respect is definitely taken for granted. Just keep it to yourself and be good.
When listening to music, the IMP considers message, content, melody and attitude. Others tend to go with the flow. If this song is 'in' then they force themselves to like it, considering they actually hate it and do not understand it at all. They want to be cool and so...but actually they suck!
There was an incident when I was in a PUJ [jeep], then a song by Disturbed was played. So others gently rock their heads to show the music was fine. But there was this girl, who was swaying her shoulders and over-actingly swinging her head as if she was in a disco club or something. She definitely felt cool and good for her. In reality she should hit the road. Why? Obviously, no body in this planet will do that except her. She wanted to be 'in' but she made a fool of herself.
